Tiffany Sato
Experience
Tiffany’s practice includes estate planning; trust and estate administration; wealth succession planning; resolving trust disputes; charitable planning; and gift, estate, and generation skipping tax planning for individuals and businesses. She assists clients in establishing small and family business entities, both profit and non-profit, and advises on transactions, management, and contracts.
Prior to joining Hale & Wood, PLLC, Tiffany worked as a sole practitioner with extensive work in family law and estate planning. Tiffany focused much of her recent family law practice in a mediating attorney role, working for both petitioner and respondent together to achieve the best result for their families without litigation. Tiffany’s experience in many highly contested, emotional, complicated, and adversarial family matters has given her a unique skill set that is ideal for handling many of the sensitive and complex issues that can often arise in estate planning. Tiffany also has experience working in Justice Nehring’s Chambers for the Utah Supreme Court in 2011, the Salt Lake District Attorney’s office and Utah Legal Services, and in residential and commercial real estate.
